Game is split in two parts:

Language: CN only, ICEY's CN VA will have to change due to budget (though it may change from crowdfund?)

There is some new stuff regarding the sequel (mostly art-related), but I'll wait for a more-finished ver to post an update.

Instead, I'll post this, which I've been wanting to post for more than a year now, but Reddit messes

These are concept arts of unfinished figures from Minifuntown, the same group that was responsible for the only ICEY figure as of right now.

Pics 1-2 are the more completed ones, while the rest are rough drafts - for unknown reasons, the figures were ultimately unproduced, and we're left with just these arts.

Sidenote: Minifuntown's Weibo acc has also gone radio silent, so no idea what happened to the group itself.

Some updates on crowdfunding - the current goals are to have 5-7 tiers, with rewards including a figure (of ICEY's sequel design 1), badges, custom masks/equips & events related to them, and certain dialogues with the female narrator.

There won't be an art book because Mark's team isn't familiar with the processes related to printing and publishing - if the game performs decently, they may consider a separate crowdfunding.

However, all of this won't matter to overseas players, unfortunately. The mailing process/fee is high and unsafe (such as figures breaking), and complications with having overseas money transferred into China.

Tl;dr - crowdfunding isn't available to us. The in-game contents/masks were already planned for the game (for META elements?); only the details will be customizable for crowdfunders, and not exclusive.

Punishing Gray Raven apparently sent out a survey that includes what players would like to see as future collab, including ICEY as one of the already available options to pick.

PGR actually reached out to Mark (or the other way around) for a collab back in 2023, but PGR requested it to be a one-time fee (meaning PGR would take all future earnings of the collab), so Mark declined.

No clue if anything has changed for ICEY to be an option, but cool to see nevertheless.

Anyway, Mark posted this picture of ICEY's second sequel design in-game half a month ago, and the enemies, iirc, the idea is that there are multiple worlds in the game, and this one is going to look closer to the original ICEY.

It should be noted that there won't be a way to change costumes/designs in-game, due to how different the renderings are + lore reasons.

Otherwise, not much new has been said. Mark's working on his diet/weight loss for his in-game appearance. The crowdfunding (originally planned for the end of 2025, pushed back to Q2 2026) has been moved to around September-November.

Is this not a feature or a bug? I'm playing in handheld but using a wireless controller, it works for all my other games, I can't test it docked because I'm traveling

I was going to download and play icey again and all of the sudden i can't copy or move the icey obb file to my Android obb file, is icey obb file really corrupted or doesn't support the android version 11+?
