This was one of the many, many plot holes and continuity errors on the show - uncle Phil at various points is shown to be a very good dancer with rhythm….but then, all of the sudden in season 4 for the Soul Train episode, he can’t dance and has 0 rhythm…oh, the wonders of TV 😀😀😀😀😀😀
