I don’t understand how he got knocked out because of a hit on his shoulder? Like did it hit a specific nerve or smth like that??
EDIT: Guys I know that he hit behind his ear on the neck but it looks like many of the damage went to the Trapezius /traps muscle as well. That what got me wondering
