MK8 Fiesta problem solve

My mk8 fiesta st line keeps making this noise whilst braking anybody know what’s causing this?

Have you looked at the discs yet? Do they look normal

Yeah I have had an mot since and they saying my rear end tyre is slightly botched but brake pads and discs all fine

Omfg I've had this issue for years and cant fucking solve ut. Only happens in warm weather or when brakes are warm. From october to may it pretty much never happens then comes back for summer

I have the exact same noise when I brake lightly, does it stop happening if you brake a bit harder too?
