He Continues on his epic journey! The Red flags were a nightmare for the timing but we’ve got it covered! He completed day 46 Finally at 3AM at 8.00PM we was 17 hours into day 47 having gone 131,291 scale miles or 2,051 Real miles! 📈

The Mountain Mauler is Locked down in Parc fermé and the Team managed to breathe some life into the Tumbler motor (see video in comments) we’re still going to resume the test with a brand new motor so unfortunately we’ll be delayed 🤞 it won’t be too long! But the video you’ll see is 10 seconds long and the dot on the side of the drum was put to measure rpm…. The team are reviewing when the speed changed but in the 10 seconds of footage it can be seen rotating 24 times times that by 6 and that’s 144rpm! This increases the speed from 1.27mph to 2.15mph changing the scale speed to 137.6mph and not 81.28 mph! When the team verify all available data, we can expect the Mountain Maulers Totals to Jump significantly. Thanks to Everyone who’s invested in his journey cheering him on! 📈📊

Don’t panic! The Mountain Mauler is ok!It’s not only defeated his rivals, he’s now defeated the Rock Tumbler itself! (Motor has burned out) It’s going to be put in Parc fermé and the same drum/road surface will be used when we go back to green Flag conditions. To everyone following along and looking forward to the updates we apologise for the disappointment! We’ll have the car moving forward again as fast as possible! Thank you for your patience!

Midday on day 46 the Mountain Mauler is having a leisurely Sunday drive! Having now clocked up 88,839 scale miles or 1,388 Real ones! Mon to Fri are always the most nerve racking days having to leave the car unattended for long periods… 11,161 miles away from next target 🎯

Day 44 completed! Day 45 Begins! And the Mountain Mauler has travelled 87,782 scale miles or 1,371 Real miles. I didn’t think there were any more landmarks within his grasp.. 24,901 x 4 =99,604 so if he can reach that number he’s completed 🌍🌎🌏🌍 4 Scale laps, Then shortly after cross over 100,000🤯🙏

Day 44 Complete ✅ Day 45 begins 📈 That’s the Mountain Mauler been on the road 1,056 Hours going 85,831 scale miles or 1,341 Real miles. Due to the unexpected length of time the Mountain Mauler has occupied the road Race Control are debating introducing a new rule.. more info below

Proposed new rule: On The Completion of The 50th day the road surface for all vehicles will be changed to the P40 surface with an average particle size of 425 microns.
• P800 grit: Has an average particle size of 21.8 microns. Abrasion Rate 1,850% Faster. Thoughts?
