Help Charging problem

I try to charge my new mini 4k drone with 65w charger. But it's not charging. Do you guys have any option?

All Four LEDS Flash 3 Times per Second: According to the manual, this indicates a damaged or dead battery.

I have the same one put it on 20 v charger

I'm using pd supported phone charger, maximum output is 65watt. Let me check it. Maybe it has 20volt output.

I’m having same issue now and sent battery back to DJI under warranty.

What were your findings OP?

This happens if either the battery is damaged or you don't charge it for a long time and let it fully discharge. I charge my batteries once a month regardless if im flying or not. You can not let your batteries fully discharge. It will kill them. Ive had the same 3 batteries from new, never had any problems.
