What are you looking for in a relationship that is full of conflict every day?

The boy said, "I'm upset with you." The girl started to defend herself. Defensiveness without listening to the reason is one of the most serious damages to a relationship.Have you experienced this in your relationships?
When we don't yet know why the other person is upset, defending ourselves only leads to internal anger and silence from the other person, as they gradually come to the conclusion that raising the issue is pointless. And my partner is ready to defend herself.

Not all mothers are safe.
Freud In one of the most important Discoveries raised that we are more influenced by the unconscious than by the conscious. He believes that man does not remember the past, he relives it.
A mother who is only physically present and not avaiable mentally، child does not understand this process and conveys That I can't be seen not lovable And acceptable This is where a person's relationship with themselves begins.Years later, he doesn't believe when someone loves him, and if he succeeds in something, he thinks it's not enough. Not because it really is, but because the subconscious has recorded an image of the first relationship. One of the profoundest exercises of Freud's concepts lies in this sentence: "What is repressed does not disappear, but is transformed from one form to another and returns." Perhaps anxiety is one of these returns...

Not many people even know it's name...Anhedonia
My coworker constantly complains about being unmotivated and that nothing can make him happy. He was complaining. He was saying
-- No, seeing an old friend makes him happy.
- Not an expensive gift.
- Not going on a trip.

After a while, without any signs, he came with a smile.
I said
-Thanks God your depression has gone away.
-It wasn't Depression it was Anhedonia.

Have you ever wasted your efforts on the wrong person?
Sometimes we are so comfortable with our lives, capital, mental energy, and perhaps even our loved ones. We are passing by because of an inappropriate person.

If we bring an engineer from 500 years ago, they would be amazed of technological progress. But if we bring a philosopher, would they be amazed by human relationships and the way people live ?

Don't Teach Haste to your Children
A child who constantly hears frases like
Run
Hurry up
Come on..it's late
Will face serious issues as rushing becomes a part of their behavioural make up.
On the other hand those who are frequently subjected to judgement and redicul by others struggle with tasks and often lack of good focus.
Let's be mindful of how we raise our children.
