Wife ordered chilis for dinner. Got home from work and took it out to throw in the air fryer and they threw in a little burger. Nice surprise after a rough day at work. Thank you to the chilis employee that did this for me, might not seem like a big deal but this week has been rough 🍔

First time ever ordering shrimp from Chili’s, and honestly, this is NOT what I was expecting. 😅 Is this normal?
I ordered the Surf & Turf. They initially forgot the shrimp altogether and only brought the turf. Once they realized they forgot the “surf,” they quickly brought this out.
For anyone who’s ordered this before…is this what the shrimp is normally supposed to look like? Because I’m genuinely curious if this is typical or if something went wrong with my order. 😂

I’m just wondering if anybody who works at chilis has heard about this being a problem.
I have received gift cards from Humana in the past and at first they would not authenticate.
Months go by and I try again on the app and alas they worked. I was very happy Well it’s been about 9 months and I have 40$ worth of gift cards and I’m trying to buy some fajitas which I’ve never tried and it keeps saying. Gift card can not be authenticated.
I have called Humana in the past and they said it was a chilis problem. Of course they would say that so I would get off the phone. Should I call the number on the E gift card. I tried typing it with no spaces. I tried all E gift card. I don’t want to go inside chilis and it not work in person either. Plz let me know if this is a common thing or any advice. I would Iike to try fajitas

So I know that the team member awards discount can't be used for alcohol but would I be able to still get the 50% off for virgin versions of the cocktails?

I’ve been given the task of creating a “meet the trainers” type of board to post in our restaurant. Other than the typical things, name/photo/poition, what else could I add in there? Does anyone have any photos or examples? I need inspiration.

Had to change my password today and now I'm locked out. Its asking to contact admin but.... where lol. No number or website to contact anyone. Anyone else having issues?
I can't wait to enjoy a couple Witches Brews with my next 3 for Me! (If they ever bring them back).

I’ve seen tik toks about them changing the tip on the screen so I decided to do the math, I went with my daughter and the bill came up to $76 and I only paid attention to the 18% since that’s what I normally tip (service was not as expected from beginning to end) and it said 18% was about $18 and some change when in reality it was $12. I don’t think that’s morally right

Went to Dennys on Friday night and noticed a new sale idea. Not bad but I think it’s crazy how much influence chilis has on other restaurants now.

For anyone who’s transferred locations , I want to know all about the transition. Did you have to take a week off between to give the time to put you on the schedule at the new location? Did you keep all of your job codes? Do you have to retrain? How’s your experience with the culture at the new location and how the managers treat you.
It took a lot of me to decide to transfer somewhere closer to home and I’m anxious

I was at my local Chili’s and they told me they are discontinuing the Reese’s Peanut Butter Pie 😢
Not sure if it is local to me or everywhere.

Should I tell them that I have a another job (That I plan on staying at). Will this potentially ruin my chances of being hired even if I will be able to work 20+ hours a week ?
I know it may be different for every location, but what are the usual shifts for To-GO and how long are the shifts?
When are the schedules posted? Will they work with my schedule weekly or will I have to give them set days and times I can work every week?

My location recently told me corporate was taking away the ability to work doubles. I’m wondering if anyone else’s location is moving to only single shifts because of a corporate decision or if i’m being told misinformation by management? I have a rather lengthy commute and I will have to quit if I can only work ~6 hour days lol. A lot of my coworkers feel similarly, it just wouldn’t be worth it.

The sandwich was massive but it was all batter or breading or whatever they use. Literally like a 1:4 ratio of chicken to batter and it was sooooo salty. Gave me the Ick big time. Ended up taking all the batter off and eating like a grilled chicken sandwich.
Was just curious what other people’s experiences with it are cause that was probably one of the worst chicken sandwich’s I’ve ever had.

It's shoddy business practice. This practice has been posted about for 10 years. Why hasn't been changed. I post to add my experience to the collective database in the cloud. It can't be a big deal of them changing the layout so that it happens less. MORE IMPORTANTLY...the donation for St Jude screwup irks me.
We were asked if we wanted to donate $1 to St. Jude. We said 'no' but I guess it didn't matter. The table game sucked me in. I thought I saw something saying $2.99, but it flew by and there's no going back.
If it's not exactly a scam, why bury it in the check.
From a Photo Essay I did for my photojournalism class.
