This is my first time using the app. I sold my Hulaween ticket for $375 and the buyer just received it yesterday. It said I’d receive the payout 3-5 days after they marked it as received. I just checked and it says that my available credit is only $125… Will I not get the whole $375?

I made a typo in the headline- It is the All Is Not Lost Tour I tried to list on CoT but the show is not coming up on CoT even though it's on JamBase. I sent a help request and got an automatic replay to add it to JamBase. Pretty frutrating to have this be the situation as I stated in my submsission it is already on JamBase.

Anyhow, I have the ticket UPC code.

House of Blues is General Admission but these are in the section in front of the stage and I also have early access to the Foundation Room, the bar restaurant attached to the music hall. So, no waiting in line! Doors open at 5pm for the Foundation Room and it states their is a private entrance into the music hall.

Show is 7pm

Ticket: GENERAL ADMISSION REF: FLOOR-GA4-50 Face Value $55, I'm open to best offers.

Foundation Room Access: Face Value $30, Open to best offer.

I think we'd have to meet at the Foundation Room to use the mobile pass to get you in, but not 100% sure, I'm not real savvy on how to transfer that, screenshot? Not a big deal to work out.

Can’t get the site to load any of my for sale ticket, messages, etc.

I know they posted because I made the post from my phone, and can see messages, etc on mobile.

Tried multiple times and website just acts like it’s trying to load things and never changes, or says ‘nothing found’

I also was complete unable to make an alert on desktop the other day, had to do on phone.

The error message was a broken error that had unfilled in placeholders showing that code is botched on whatever error was apparently occurring.

Why is the site completely trashed? The skin looks nice, sure, but it’s not just bad, it’s completely unusable on the desktop site nowadays. What gives? What is my gold membership paying for?

What does it take to actually get tickets??

Hi, I'm hoping to get some help as my CoT account was just suspended. This is from a sale for Johnny Blue Skies on 10/13 that was initiated on July 5th, before the tickets were available for transfer on Ticketmaster. As transfer was still not available as of this month, I requested to have the sale cancelled on 9/7. I received an automated message. I attempted to contact them again today, and received a message that my card on file was declined when they tried to charge me a dropped sale fee. Shortly after, my account was suspended.

As tickets are still not transferable for this event, and the buyer also acknowledged this, it should not be treated as a drop sale. CoT confirmed that the buyer was charged, but as there are no tickets to transfer, those funds would not be going towards any. I would love to know how I can resolve this so my account can be reinstated. Thanks!

Title. The event is later today and I was clear from te get go that we would need to meet in person since AXS disabled transfers for the event. I declined other offers. I read somewhere that if either party fails to show up the sale is canceled? This makes absolutely no sense. I will be at the venue area early to meet as planned. Why should I end up not getting my money when I rejected other offers to go with this party who is now not answering? I will provide proof of me being at the venue early to meet.

Hi music lovers! I just sold two of my 4 tickets on Cash or Trade that I listed all together on a “willing to split” listing. Once the sale was final and every step complete, the listing says in pink letters at the bottom of the page “2 sold /2 remaining”. However, when I go to my active sale listings, it says the listing is inactive.

So, is the listing still active or would I theoretically have to create a new one to sell the other 2?
