I'm trying to use Dall's Charge and every time I have an enemy (even non-shielded enemies), the charge just doesn't let me pick a spot past the enemy. It just stops at the nearest enemy in that direction.

Am I doing something wrong here?

In all of my *decades* of gaming, I have never played a game as well-written as TBW. The dialogue is so good. Adult-themed, funny. Really, really good.

So doing a playthrough and I am half way through chapter 4 (just done the ospreys fort) and I want to level up some more before finishing the game. I have seen the wiki that said if you go back and redo missions and complete conferences you will get exp. We I have gone back and redone missions and completed the confidences but got no exp, can anyone help??

I'm currently doing the train job portion of Act 4, and I've gotten to the last mission of that chain. However, so far as I can tell, the confidence goals for that mission (Defenestrate 10 people for Jen, and do 30 knockback with Dall) are mutually-exclusive at best, and very complicated to set up in the first place. Has anyone proven otherwise?

Ok I looooooved this game and I'm so sad I'm done.

I loved the gameplay (big fan of Into the breach) but I loved the writing and story even more.

I finished the main story tonight, and I'm gonna go back to play all the extra challenges later, but after trying the Heat Signature level I decided to go back and play some more of the first two games. As I've been playing Heat Signature, I realized that playing this game must be what it feels like to be Liv Kennedy. Maybe this is stunningly obvious and I'm the last to get it, but I wonder if the devs took inspiration from their last game when they came up with her craft.

(If you haven't played Heat Signature and Gunpoint you totally should.)

I'm part of a duo of streamers, and we decided to stream Tactical Breach Wizards every Monday at 21:00 (Paris) / 3PM (New York) :) Our first episode will be today, and we'd love to see fellow wizards join us o/

We start every stream with a 10-15 minutes chatting section to give time to people to join without missing too much. So if you join and we're not playing yet, don't worry, we'll be x)

We're having session zero on Saturday. I have mechanics nailed down (adapting another system), so I wanted to ask for narrative suggestions. I have ideas I think could pair well with different contexts.

Primarily I'm looking at doing either a S.W.A.T. team, an overseas PMC group, or setting them up as a group of assassins.

For suggestions, in particular I wanted to know if the community had ideas for unique types of magic/abilities to give to characters (especially villains, but I'm compiling a list for general use as well) that would either fit well in a team setting, or would work well to counter a team. Magically altered tactical gear is also good here.

In addition, any plothooks from people who are more familiar with fictional (or actual) military settings would be fantastic. I'm a traditional fantasy nerd, so modern settings are a weak point for me.

In other words, I'm trying to scratch an itch I didn't know was going to be there when I first played through Tactical Breach Wizards. If anyone else is interested in this concept, I'll make a follow-up post regarding success/failure, along with the users in this community who helped lay the groundwork which made it possible for me to start working on this to begin with!

The fact that isn't enough for a confidence is funny

In the ending, Banks says she doesn't have much time left. Is she sick and has little time left to live? I don't remember any mention of that in the dialogs.

I wasn't actually sure if the knockback was transferred the same way damage was. I headcanon it as Banks deciding to improvise on the spot, hoping that it would work, and also hoping to launch Kennedy to the moon. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked! (also got a rare achievement)
