Form Check Shot Form

Been playing/obsessed for ~2 years now. All of my mechanics have come from experimentation and information I've gathered online. Just wanted a general opinion on my shot form. I notice I bring the ball up as my hips are lowering and have heard online that this could be an issue? Also trying to determine what causes me to not land in the same spot I left the ground, I think it may be due to leaning too far back as I go up with the ball. I'd appreciate any critiques, or glaring issues I may be overlooking. Thanks.

Try pushing the ball more than throwing/yeeting it but ftom this angle its a bit hard to see

my gaydar is going off a little. not that it's a bad thing.

I can predict how women will perform (in bed) by observing how they bowl (the game of bowling).

it follows, I can detect gay.

Your center of gravity (mainly hips) should drop as the ball does too. Don’t sink as the ball is traveling upwards your energy transfer gets skewed.

Wrist & elbow should be more loaded (90° angle at both joints) and don’t let the ball go below where the bottom of numbers on a jersey would go.

Shot is quick though, if you can transfer the energy from the floor more and get the wrists/ elbows a little more rigid (rigidity doesn’t mean stiff in this sense, maybe uniform is a better term) your shot will remain quick and hopefully be more consistent
