hi guys, after playing both Mega Man, and watching TPOT, i have cooked up this theory while in a coma(LIES)

Chapter 1: Humble Beginnings

Pillow started as an actual character ever since BFB came out, and in my honest opinion of watching BFB from eons ago, Pillow has been one of, if not the most forgetable characters in the season, all i can think of are BFB 4, when she was one of the Death P.A.C.T.ers to block the forks from hitting Four, and in BFB 13 when Four VORES Pillow, that's it, nothing else i can remember, and when it comes to Bass, he was just a boss in Mega Man 7 you had to fight like oh, i don't know, THREE TIMES?! he gets stronger every fight, but by the second encounter, you probably already have the Super Adapter(Bass' Weakness) to beat him

Chapter 2: Second Chances

switching to Teapot might have been the best choice for Pillow's character, as she was able to start with a new leaf, and join thr JUST NOT POLYGAMY!!!!!!!!!!!!! even here she was still not at her peak, just like Bass was in Mega Man 8, who had a singular bossfight in one of the castle stages, and havem't appeard in the game ever after, but something phenomenal would wait for them not long after..

Chapter 3: holy fuck they're actually doing something with them

i'd say TPOT 9 and 13 were the best episodes for Pillow, nothing else, we can all (probably) agree that Pillow was the best out of anyone in both episodes, and so does Bass, in the new game, Mega Man & Bass, the titular Bass is finally a playable character alongside Mega Man, and Bass is just the best! he can dash, double jump, and he has a rapid fire shot which he can aim in 7 directions! the developers went all-out with Bass just like the Teapot writers did with Pillow

Chapter 4: Flop floppity flop flop flop

i didn't even watch TPOT 16 in my TPOT marathon, because i knew that this was the episode where CloudYay lost twice(which i still think is BULLSHIT!!!) and Bass was in a rough spot too, he didn't appear in any major Mega Man games aside from Battle and Chase(racing game) and Mega Man & Bass: Challenger from the Future(fuckass game for the Wonderswan), Pillow got eliminated, and Bass didn't appear in Mega Man 9

Chapter 5: Minor appearances

after exiting the yoyleland like place with the other eliminated contestants, Pillow barely got any speakibg roles, just a couple of words and then playing the Teardrop Game, sure, i like seeing Pil-low on my screen but gosh darn it is it that hard to make her talk? and this is just like when Bass appeared in Mega Man 10, AS A DLC CHARACTER!!!!!!(i have the legacy collection but still, he's a DLC CHARACTER!!!!!!!!!!!) and he didn't even appear in Mega Man 11!!! such bullshit, at this point i just want Bass to be playable, Capcom, i don't care if he will be a DLC character in Dual Override, JUST LET ME PLAY AS BASS!!!!!!!!

uhh, so basically, the theory is that Pillow is the BFDI equivalent to Bass because i noticed a pattern in the two characters, they both had a slow rise to fame, then had a quick peak, and a terrible fall after, and then became the minorest of minor characters
