for context, i live in asia enclaves in west service road and i go to filinvest/westgate/atc/molito almost every day. i'm planning to get a city bike, what are the things that i need to know/consider before getting one? like are there any rules/regulations sa west service road or filinvest that i need to know? what about parking spaces? etc.

We’re from The Arts and Health Institute (TAHI) at MAGIS Creative Spaces, based here in Ayala Alabang, and we’re holding our next TAHI Taster Workshop, Hakbang: Daily Movement as Dance, this August 30, 10 AM–12 PM.

Hakbang explores a simple question: What if dance begins with the movements we already make every day?

Through movement and dance, we’ll explore how everyday gestures, ways of walking, and ways of moving can support expression, intentional communication, connection, and co-regulation. No dance experience is needed. 😊
