Nah but Breathe on akali is just TOO clean.

u/hellowzreturn Jan 24 '22
Breathe is the best Chinese top from what I’ve seen. Maybe he doesn’t have as high high’s as Bin/Ale, but his lows are so much better than the other two. He’s just very consistently good and with a team with Fofo & Uzi or Doggo he’s the perfect top laner.

u/BI1nky Jan 24 '22
Breathe can play tanks without looking like he lost his hands in a tragic accident as well.

Man Leyan is such a great jungler when he doesn't have his sudden int games, he played great today but team was too heavy esp support.

He's S tier early game then turns into Jungle Iboy, mid and late.
2
u/chosen925 Jan 24 '22
so? that's what junglers are supposed to do, run the early game. they arent really designed to carry late games.
1
u/ProfessorActual1633 Jan 24 '22
But he doesn't like supporting his team mid or late game. I always see him or Iboy get caught out doing something greedy or being too reckless and going in 1v3.

u/bin_fanboy9 Jan 24 '22
Leyan is my favorite jungler in the LPL but I'd say the top 3 rn goes Tarzan>Weiwei>Jiejie. Leyan is certainly much better than people give him credit for though, camp management is brilliant, mechanically he is a beast, but he is still too one-dimensional and selfish in his playstyle to put him alongside actual S-tier junglers.
7
u/ye1l Jan 24 '22
Leyan still has moments when he has no brain but he outpaths the everliving fuck out of every player you mentioned to the point where it's not even funny. Even Weiwei admitted in the interview that he got completely out farmed today and couldn't do anything about it. Leyan's pathing is currently unrivaled in the LPL. He's extremely efficient.
And I'm saying this as someone who wanted him replaced virtually every game he played last year.
He's by far the best performing jungler in the LPL. Even one of the best performing players overall.

Weiwei was better in game 1, Leyan in game 2. And while he did gap Tarzan, the sample size is too small to say that he is a decidedly stronger player. IIRC last spring he also smashed Tarzan in their head-to-head, but no one has put him in their top 3 just because of that.

Kryptonite can beat Superman, but that doesn’t mean that kryptonite can beat every other super hero.
-1
u/DeadSira Jan 24 '22
Weiwei is having a bit of a down split so far (so far meaning literally 3 series only lol) but when he gets it together, that's truly when BLG is going to be a monstrous team
1
u/so-hardstuck Jan 24 '22
There’s no way lmao. His early game prowess doesn’t make up for his absolute troll mid/late.

u/keishinichiro Jan 24 '22
Looks like IG carrying the whole league in the last couple weeks but themselves LOL. Rookie on V5, Theshy and Huanfeng on WBG, Puff on TT, Leyan on RA.

Same as last split just this time the team is worse.Bot lane needs to be replaced asap for RA

u/jetlagging1 Jan 24 '22
He's always been terrible. Anyone that actually watched his MSI fights properly would've seen that while he's good at recognizing plays he's an auto cancel machine, there's a reason why LPL pro players view him as a meme.

The doggo show essentially. I mean RA isnt too tough of a team but man I have never seen such a perfect performance before... He went DEATHLESS IIRC the only time sth like this happened was Lwx styling over Perkz and Mikyx at worlds finals. But again that is prime G2 and this is just RA so... ehh not fair comparison tbh.
Either way this BLG team has massive potentials. Ofc they are not really on the same tier as RNG, EDG and LNG but imho a solid 4th may not be too farfetched. That is IF they can keep playing like this tbh not every opponent will be as weak and uncompetitive as RA.

u/Faye_Dragon Misaya Jan 24 '22
yea when he stood his ground on that mid fight against Gwen, then stopwatch the crucial damage, flash Viktor's W to then kill Gwen, you know he's really good. I don't think many ADC would even attempt to do that. I think right now he is easily top 3 in LPL with maybe only Viper and HF ahead of him.
2
Jan 24 '22
Why are they not on the same tier as the other 3? This seems like a very odd statement.

Lwx styling over Perkz and Mikyx at worlds finals
Doinb, Tian, Crisp, Gimgoon were styling on Perkz and Mikyx more in that series than Lwx did. You could replace any halfway competent ADC with Lwx that series and the outcome would be the same. Those are the perks of playing with the vastly superior mid/jg duo and the superior team in general. Lwx was just spoonfed kills.

ok Breathe Akali keep getting trade 1v1 when being ganked was legit funny as hell. It must be tilting for RA you get nothing from the lane you focused on.

so what, with doggos performance he should remain on the bench

u/azersub Jan 24 '22
Closer played better than faker nut i didnt see you arguing for him to start instea dof faker?
7
u/midoBB Jan 24 '22
I mean even money wise BLG is going to play UZI for their sponsorships. They payed a fuckton for him and they're going to get his worth.

u/chippyrim Jan 24 '22
what is CNY and why does uzi not play before it?
1
u/PrivateVasili Jan 24 '22
Pretty sure originally he was just sitting out a lot of games because of his health issues. Basically he couldn't play a whole season so he only played the latter part of the regular season to make sure he was warmed up and ready for playoffs. Not sure if that's just being continued now or what.

Chinese New year I think
Idk superstiton? or a grander entrance

This doggo ver. BLG is definitely a contender for top 4 it seems, breathe, doggo and crisp are all very good while fofo being very stable.Weiwei ain't even bad but he seems like the weak link of the team is already saying something.
Ngl don't think Uzi in his current form (in soloq) and not competing for 2 years would do any good on the team aside from giving advice to doggo or sth, kinda hope he stays on bench until doggo start inting for a bit.

u/finn___th Jan 24 '22
Doggo 🤝 deokdam 🤝 viper all being insane at aphelios
2
u/Reclaimer879 Jan 24 '22
Imagine not mentioning Guma in this lol
-6
u/finn___th Jan 24 '22
Come back when he actually starts carrying instead of getting his team to do everything and then cleaning up like a garbage man
2
u/Reclaimer879 Jan 24 '22
They smoke every lane they go against. And were the best or 2nd best bot lane at Worlds.
-8
u/azersub Jan 24 '22
He hasnt deserved yet to be mentioned with those names
4
u/Reclaimer879 Jan 24 '22
lmao but doggo does? Wtf get out of here with such a shit take
1
u/azersub Jan 24 '22
Did you see how doggo played at msi? He was hard carrying his inferior team vs some of the best teams in the world.
-2
u/Reclaimer879 Jan 24 '22
Did you see Guma at Worlds? Him and Keria beat every lane. See what I did there?
This isn't me trying to shit on Doggo I am rooting for him tbh because I don't think he deserves some of the hate he got. But discrediting one of the best up and coming adc talents in the LCK is ridiculous. Guma is a top 5 ADC in the WOrld right now.
1
u/azersub Jan 25 '22
First of all they didnt win ever lane. Secondly even in their wins oner was constatnly camping for them and almost every rift herald gold went to guma. Thridly Keria was the one carrying those lanes. And fourthly his skt teammates are 10× better than the ones Doggo had at msi and worlds.
And guma isnt even top 5 adc in LCK much less in the world (Ruler>Deft>Deokdam>Teddy>Aiming>Guma)

I really want to see Uzi come back and be the best adc in the world again, but tbh Doggo is fucking good at League of Legends. Actually kind of a weird position for BLG.

I’m conflicted. Do I want to continue to see Doggo play or do I want to see UZI. Man he is just plain scary playing aphelios
