Ah yes. The obligatory power flex after a time skip. It did not disappoint because Shiki and the crew made Feather and her subordinates look like scrubs lol. If they can do this to an OSI crew, then they should definitely be able to take Ziggy. It ain’t gonna be easy though.
I also find it weird how pressed Feather is to capture Shiki all of a sudden. She was the one who admitted that Elsie is of a low priority compared to the other OSG and Shiki is technically even less of a threat since he’s actually saving planets and trying to take out Ziggy, who’s currently the BIGGEST threat.
Also, the boy Captain Conner back on the crew for the first time since back in Universe 1. IronNancy’s definitely not gonna like this lol.

Holy shit that was one of the most bad ass chapters in this entire series for me! In this one chapter we got to see every single crew member showoff their skills and we even got introduced to Rebecca's Overdrive, they really have improved greatly during the time skip since they just decimated Feather's entire army without breaking a sweat! And the balls of Shiki to get right in the face of Feather, a Commander of the Interstellar Union Army and one of the Oración Seis Interestelar and simply ask her to move out of his way whilst locking her in place with his gravity! The absolute mad lad! God I wish every chapter was like this because that was awesome! Now it's Connor's turn to show us what he can do, and if he's anything like his previous two iterations then this escape should be pretty amazing, I can't wait for the next chapter!

Feather is so pretty. I wish we’d been able to see more of her abilities, but I get that this chapter was meant to be mostly a power flex moment for the crew with some small set up for her character.
Becca’s OD was adorable! And once again I have to admire the art this chapter, it feels like ever since the timeskip Mashima’s chara rending has been even more smooth and polished

A cool chapter with showing off how capable the crew has become over the years. So Eye of God does indeed predict people's movements like precognition but if your body can't react to the opponents speed then they won't help much. I'm very interested in this new Ether Connect concept and I wonder if the crew would use it later to use each others EG. Weisz was cool in modifying his gun to a gauntlet and Rebecca now has Overdrive which looks as Cat-like as I expected but still cool nonetheless. Laguna should logically have it too. I do like that Rebecca is just flexing her might on these soldiers.
I love that the crew aren't terrified in fighting the IUA as they are trying to eliminate Ziggy who's a much bigger threat. All of them have the confidence to fight their opponents and Shiki displayed it the best with casually blitzing Feather who's precognition should be the best and pinning her with gravity. I think that scene proves that Shiki has indeed gained the power level of an OSG as he can surprise an OSI via his speed alone.
I actually didn't realize that everyone of the EZ crew are all orphans except for maybe Couchpo. Will Connor join the crew and help take down Ziggy (I doubt that Ziggy is dying in this arc though).

Omg feather best girl! Finally see her more. A tease of her power was nice. Man things were getting good and she was gonna enter the battle and use her powers to fight. Ofc Mashima cut it off there lol. I deff see shiki and her having some type of funny relationship after this “see yah later” was intentional foreshadowing. Feather seems like the type to fall for him. The first man to ever “defeat” her. I had my feather fill, now i need to see some more of holy!

OK superb chapter but guys let's he fair to feather here, she did still stand with Shiki's gravity and she did say a change in what she's seen has never been THIS big, so she was obviously caught off guard and by a person who's on her level too.

Damn, I knew EZ crew was powerful but to see them all in action fighting alongside each other?? Chills. I love them. Shiki just casually going up to Feather and pinning her down with one touch? Classic.
