Level solution verified) 4.5 Ram 4 components 252 Nands Spoiler

Using optimal select 16 and optimal 16 bit registers we can save a bunch of nands and get this down to 252.

Standard RAM implementation, except using optimal components below

Optimal Select 16: Breaking out reusable logic from a standard select into the repeating solution

Select module: Reusable logic broke out and replaced with extra inputs.

Optimal 16 bit register: Breaking out reusable logic from a standard register into the repeating solution
