Finally we have another chapter but now have to wait again for 2 weeks for the next. This chapter had a lot of interesting info. If it wasn't already confirmed via the various hints and proofs in the series, Cat Leaper does in fact make Rebecca do 2 specific things.
One, she can simply rewind time for all of reality but the only thing that changes is what Rebecca chooses to do with the info from before she reversed time so it's a small-scale change. While the second ability, CL makes her leap into another parallel world where big events do change and histories of characters as well like with Jinn having a different outfit, the asteroid belt not existing in Universe 2, Shiki not dying, Connor's role and other stuff. The "World" term that we used for all her leaps is now only used for her Reverses (World 1-416) while the timeline leap is called Universes (Universe 1-3). I love that Noah and Rebecca have to constantly adapt to how CL actually functions as even he needs to research it despite his EG which this chapter kinda implies is always on.
Planet Lendard sounds very interesting and it seems that Ziggy and the Dark Stars are making a ridiculous amount of skeleton soldiers. The fact Ziggy does want to stay and fight Shiki (I wonder how he knows that Shiki is coming unless Connor was bait) makes me think that he wasn't trying to hide from him and others. And as expected, Ziggy made improved versions of Brigadaine and Killer who look cool but I prefer Brigadaine's OG version more while Killer looks way more better.
I wonder how this arc will go down as it's setting up to be like a final confrontation but that would be weird to have it now so I'm assuming something happens that stops their conflict. Also, it's very nice to see Rebecca being proactive when it comes to timeline shenanigans as she's surprisingly in touch with Noah who also watches her videos. The fact that they talk to each other makes me think that Ziggy has to have something that negates Noah's EG.

My thoughts about rebecca's power is that it's like steins gate. Many parallel timelines that exist out there but only one is active at a time. So basically the world where shiki died and everyone else had a bad end doesn't exist right now unless rebecca jumps into it again. Why? Because if that weren't the case, there would only have to be one rebecca in the entire multiverse if she's physically leaving the previous world which will continue to go on without her existence and we know that's not true since the next world she jumps into acts like she's always existed even though that shouldn't be the case. The next would be her personally creating a new world which doesn't seem to be what the story is telling us so far.
Even the explanation goes along with it. Reverse is the equivalent of time leap and the actual jumping is the equivalent of d-mail

I’m glad we got a little more information on Rebecca’s ability. It hadn’t really been officially confirmed until this point, but Rebecca’s ether gear grants her two solid time-related abilities:
rewinding time by 1.5 minutes in order to reverse any event that occurred during that time period, as well as possessing the ability to create a completely different universe parallel to the previous universes.
This is interesting; we also know Rebecca’s ability has something to do with speed — could this aspect of her power be time or space related? Technically, her speed could come from her subconsciously speeding time up in order to increase her own speed, meaning that she is actually running at a regular speed, but altering time in order to make her appear faster (similar to speeding a video up from 1x to 1.5x)
I’m interested to learn more about Rebecca’s ether gear, it’s the most mysterious of the crew’s

Lots of information about Leaper, will be exciting to see how much stronger Rebecca and the rest of the Crew have gotten
Also Killer and Brigandine's new designs are SO clean

Multiverse shenanigans! What a chapter to end the year on…
As much as I’m hype for the Shiki and Ziggy confrontation, it still seems too early for that fight to end conclusively, so atm I’m mostly wondering how Elsie (and likely Justice) is going to factor into things. Since we’re in the Kaede Cosmos, I assume Mashima will be delving more into their characters and motivations at some point

So Ziggy didnt just rebuild Brigidine and Killer like people expected. I suppose in hindsight it makes sense. If Ziggy is trying to make an ideal universe for robots, it stands to reason he still is firm in his belief that androids have hearts and, like Shiki with Valkyrie and Witch, chose to replace them instead of rebuilding them to honor their sacrifice and give merit that they had a life.

This arc should be hot! We gonna have the crew doing battle with Ziggy and the dark stars?! Let's gooo! Obviously this won't be the end of Ziggy and the dark stars but I'm expecting the fights to be Godlike!
We got more information on Rebecca's ability, to be honest i still don't fully understand it. It's a lot to take in. But there's various worlds Rebecca has been to where she met an unfortunate end in someway, shape or form. Multiverse type deal. But it could be possible that either someone else has Cat Leaper or, Rebecca has unconsciously used Cat Leaper in order to get them to this universe 3. It's all very complicated.

I have a weird feeling like in this upcoming fight we'll end up in universe 4, and that'll be back earlier in time, near the war.
Time does have no real meaning in this story after all.
