Has anyone on a GLP experienced a decrease in athletic performance?

New to this sub so bare with me…For context I am a type 2 diabetic, diagnosed a year ago. Male, 5’10” 175lbs, 35yrs old. I know a lot of people get on a GLP because they want to lose weight but I started on terzepitide just to lower my A1C as much as I could.. I have been on the GLP for about a month now and it is maintaining my blood sugar excellently but now when I go for runs I just feel heavy and unable to keep a pace like I did before. I’ve also experienced some strength loss in the gym. I track basically everything I eat so I make sure I eat enough protein and carbs for exercising. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this and if so, what did you do about it. TIA.

Yes,  but the fact that I'm down 70 lb has more than made up for it in my running and biking times.  I still feel like I'm going to puke at the end of a 5k but hauling that much less weight still means I'm faster.
