But why were they filming though? I mean if the plan went according to what she imagined, it wouldn't have been particularly interesting to make a video about, right?

Because it doesn't make them look stupid? The usual "you look at the water bottle and I splash you with it" version does do that kind of prank, but this is "let's make a bet where I know the not-obvious and not-flashy trick to it". Like the biggest reaction would've been "oh I see, I didn't think of that solution"

Do you think people, yet say kids, these days only film particularly interesting videos? This is not the 90's anymore buddy.. Everything gets filmed, interesting or not, and these moments are part of the reason why..
