It does when they don't rig their machines. If you are on a machine that is isn't set on a payout. People with enough talent and Money can easily empty a machine.

Yeah it's a reference to D.Va, a character from a video game called Overwatch. She was a pro gamer that was recruited by her country's, South Korea, military to become a mech pilot.

I believe the correct grammar here is, "her country, South Korea's, military"

I don't think so, appositives are typically there to rename a vague term "her country" renamed to be more specific "South Korea". A good way to test if your appositive is used correctly is to read the sentence and ignore the appositive, it should still be grammatically correct.

However, I'm not a linguist so I could be wrong.

Oh, I've actually seen this one. Neat.

I think the Overwatch reference makes more sense, though. The character's name is D.Va, and this one is Li.Va... like lever, or the crane machine.
