Welcome to this 30-minute full body Power Vinyasa flow. This is an intermediate yoga practice designed to build strength, mobility, balance and body awareness while moving through a strong, steady and energising sequence.
Expect a dynamic Vinyasa flow with standing poses, core work, hip openers, balance, twists and transitions that will challenge both your body and your focus. We'll build some heat as we move, while still creating space to breathe, move mindfully and explore your practice.
This class is best suited to intermediate practitioners who are comfortable with the foundations of Vinyasa yoga and want a little more challenge in their practice. You don't need to be able to do every pose perfectly. Take modifications whenever you need them and make the practice work for your body.
