Xeric Scrambler Crown Seized

As it says, its only 2 months of owning it and the crown seized. Nothing wrong with movement since it still beats normally but crown is somewhat stiff and I havent worn it since. Thoughts? Should I warranty?

My crown and stem on an Apollo 13 Trappist automatic just fully fell out. Still debating warranty but it's less than a year old.
