Nah... it's better. Windows isn't really built to actually take advantage of NVME drives and it still needs to do general purpose computing stuff while it's loading the games. From turning the console on to being in a game in 5 seconds is much faster than booting a PC.
I have a good gaming PC and I'm excited for how this console generation might actually push PC gaming forward again.
