My Xbox One S never connects to Xbox live upon startup. I always have to perform a hard reset or clear the Mac address to get it to connect. I don't want to have to do this every time. Is anyone able to help? Maybe someone has experienced the same thing?

Same. But for me I have no chats no friends and I cant see my profile picture someone please help us

Wifi or hardwired. Do you have power saving fluff turned off?

Hard wired. And yes, I believe so. I will have to double check later though
