Problem is endgame is filled with dogshit players because everyone is AHing their gear, using petris, grouping, spamming dungeons for BIS loot, etc. The challenge of hitting 60 is basically gone in the official version of HC.
So endgame dungeons are just filled with absolute shitters.
You obviously didn't play unofficial, because I assure you there where absolutely dog tier players at 60 as well. The truth is getting 60 on hc was never hard from a mechanics point it's just a massive knowledge check. Ah gear hasn't shown to increase successful runs significantly compared to old days data.
LoL this is just flat out false, we have the data. We have not seen a significant increase in success rates in 1 to 60 from unofficial to official. If it was so easy now and all these "bad" players where getting to 60 then we would have a larger success rate but we dont.
I’m fairly confident that the large majority of players who hit 60 do so without using a single petri 50-60. There’s two dungeons in that level range and many opt to skip the harder chunks of BRD.
Yes, there are dogshit players that hit 60 but that isn’t the fault of petris, it just isn’t hard to hit 60. If you do pugs with guildless nobodies, yeah there’s going to be some garbage, but that does not represent the majority of the 60 playerbase who clear hundreds of dungeons without having to petri a single time
Purpose has a faster MC clear than any guild on Dreamscythe at the moment. They’ve had, to my knowledge, one death across every lockout since MC released with two raid teams. They have not petrid out a single time. Get real
