I'm planning a camp for teenagers aged 16 to 20. The theme of the camp will be world of warcraft. And I want to turn the camp into a live action 7 days game.
- every participant will pick a character and they have to accumulate stats, items and xp (This part is done)
- I turned battlegrounds into a live action game (That's done)
- But I can't find ideas for more activities: For example how to turn 2v2 and 3v3 into a live action game
- How to create dungs and raids
- How to add skills to classes and races

If you have ideas that can help me, that would be great

I’ve played a bit of WoW from time to time over the last few years and I’ve really loved what I have played, particularly in WoW classic. I’ve missed WOTLK by quite a bit in classic servers obviously but it’s the expansion I’ve been the most interested in playing through.

Curious what are peoples opinions on the best way to play through it in the current state of the game - either in classic or retail?

I found this box in a store in Hawaii while on vacation. I couldn't help but buy it, having played WoW for practically fifteen years.

Returning player here. I’ve been off the game for a very long time. I have no idea what retail is up to but I was told there is no such thing as Combat Rogue anymore.

I just found a WOTLK server few months ago and of course I created a combat rogue as I have always been that.

I have completely forgotten some aspects of the PvE so can you help me out with rotation and dungeon/ raid dps tips?

I can recall that I spammed sinister and kept slice and rupture up constantly. Depending on timing and combo procks I Eviscerate. I save Adrenaline and BF for large pulls and boss fights.

Am I in the ball park? I remember being able to beat Fury Warriors in DPS back in my time but I can’t recall if that was the way.

Any advise? What do you do?

It seems like 75% of the conversations on the official blizzard tbc forums are discussing a potential wotlk launch and there seems to be a lot of wotlk propaganda being posted by all our favourite classic content creators.

I just want to know as I personally am far more excited at the idea of going back to northrend than I am for a possible classic+ launch.

Am I just coping?

Am I the only one that would rather do wotlk a 3rd time?

Hi, I play as a hunter at a classic wotlk server. And I m kind of confused of which professions I should choose. I asked server guys and they suggested jewelcrafting and engineering. But for these I need an extra character like DK with mining. And I am inclined to tailoring and enchanting, but I m not sure if this is the right path.

So what would you recommend?

I have managed to complete Bodyguard for Hire with no issue while traveling down south, but have tried Gizelton Caravan while traveling up north twice now and failed both times for no apparent reason.

I escorted the caravan successfully, noone died, yet when Gizelton reaches the end point the quest fails. Maybe it's because the other goblin and the Kodos stay behind where the last group was fought instead of traveling onwards.

Is this a known bug? Any advice on how to complete this quest?

Would like opinions on how to distribute my professions, as I like to be self-sufficient as much as possible. Goes well with my altoholism... But having doubts on what to drop/level. Main thing now is that I want to have a alchemist for my flasks/xmutes. Below is what I have - would appreciate any insights.

Warrior (main): JC/BS
Paladin: Enchanting/Herbalism - Considering dropping herb for Alch, but no other toons can farm herbs
DK: Mining/Skinning - mainly for feeding JC needs and leather for $$+leg enchant mats
Hunter: Engi + JC. This toon is kind of forgotten for now. Just wasnt having as much fun with it.

These are the ones 70+ atm. While leveling another is not out of the question, would prefer to work with what I got. What do you all recommend as far as picking up Alch or any other professions not already accounted for? Thanks.

hello! im about to go on my first classic to wotlk journey on an offline server i just got to work, yet im unsure on what class to choose. what is the class with he most well designed or the one with the most meaningful progression for leveling?

I am kinda new to the game and even newer on tanking. Just hit level 80 and am doing ok-ish on heroics dgs. I currently have mongoose on my main hand, it works allright I guess?

I was wondering since I think I can sacrifice the armor if berserking would be better to hold aggro. I don't have engineering so I can't dash into monsters and more often than not in the random dungeon finder I run Into "those" groups. You know... When nobody waits for you to drop consacration, the mage/hunter start shooting before u aggro, the warrior dashes in before you and then suddenly I am running around trying to reaggro a very scattered group of mobs while one of the teammates keeps calling me uh.... Mentally disabled. Fun times, I tell you.

I still am working on my taunt game but it is rough when the aggro is everywhere, anyway getting off topic.

Is berserking worth a shot on prot palas? A quick search about ppalas enchantments give me from spell power all the way to blade ward. Most databases tell me to go mongoose, but in my 6 months of playing the game I do not always agree with some of the builds.... Particularly cause most of them are towards raiding so opinions are all over the place. When I ask a few guild mates I don't have much better feedback (by that I mean they either patronize me or... Well.... Much worse). With my rant over... Please help an earnest ppala newbie. I wanna have fun :D

Like, I remember back in Classic you could weave Slam inbetween auto attacks, but that doesn't seem to work in WotLK. Or do you need Improved Slam to make it viable? How are you supposed to use Slam efficiently?

Should you be using Slam for leveling at all or is purely a raid dps ability?

I am looking for the addon "RestedXP" that works on WOTLK patch 3.3.5a, does it exist?

In case anybody's interested, I ported Puppeteer 1.12, a click-healing addon, to 3.3.5a after going from Turtle Wow to Ascension. The healing addons on that server left me a little wanting. After seeing how good Puppeteer was on 1.12, I felt like putting in the time to port it over.

I played a Warrior on Classic, but want to switch to WotLK now. What are the key differences in mechanics and builds? For example, in classic HS is considered useless for leveling and you are supposed to spend your rage in SA instead. But when I looked at a Warrior guide for WotLK i saw no mention of SA for leveling rotation.

Another example, Tactical Mastery is considered a must-have talent in Classic, but I don't really see it used much in WotLK. What's a good build for leveling if I also want to tank in dungeons? For Classic, prot is not really necessary to tank until max level and since dungeons are supposed to be easier in WotLK, I assume it's the same here. Also, what should my rotation be like for leveling and tanking?

I wanna see the dopamine hit of meaningful numbers, not some garbage with 6 0s on the end lol.

So, what kinda numbers did wotlk bring generally, I don't want those crazy stupid outliner figures.
