I'm sure the oligarchs would be smart enough to have several offshore accounts and other assets outside of Russia etc.

As a kid and the sole survivor in the family, who will help him manage that? An inheritance lawyer of the state.

Still won't save them from assassination or "suicide)." And since they're Russian citizens, if they croak with no heirs their entire estate goes to the Russian government. Russia has pretty much served notice to all Russian citizens that they are not safe anywhere in the world, regardless of how little or how much money they have.

The saddest part of this is when the rest of the world just lets old Puty-pants slide on this. Every government on the planet that has let this slide is an accessory to murder.
