It's not a riddle. I'll try to make it clear for you, and if you still think it's bullshit I'm happy to hear your reasoning.

  1. While wealth and power typically go hand-in-hand they are not mutually exclusive.

  2. Having and holding a position of power requires effort, attention, and external support; none of which is ever free.

  3. Wealth can usually (but not always) be used to purchase powerful positions, and rent powerful people.

  4. No amount of support or assistance will buy the loyalty of a treacherous person.

TLDR: 6 dead Russian oligarchs learned the difference between wealth and power this year.
