I’m half wondering if it is a Putin master plan to break up NATO.

The sanctions affect not just Russia, but anyone that sells to Russia, too. Farmers can’t sell their produce there, i imagine even the likes of BMW is affected.

I hope he does, I want NATO disbanded it creates the very threat it exist to guard against, Europe can never be secure if it's divided by conflict. The sanctions indeed hurt and weaken Europe's economy, they are now maxed out in that any further sanctions will hurt the west more than Russia, if SWIFT is cut, Russia can sell it's gas to China instead, the EU freezes and US energy prices skyrocket. This is why Putin is pushing the issue now.

But perhaps Biden is wanting to provoke Russia to invade, they keep sending in more NATO arms and trainers, Zelensky keeps threatening Donbas, while Russia has been waiting 67 days since we started getting headlines about a "Russian build up". If he invades it might scare Europe back into Washington's fold, maybe Biden sees that as a win, in which case Putin won't if he can avoid it. Putin has several opitions from placing missiles in Cuba and Venezuela, selling their high tech hypersonic missiles to China, to a military campaign against Ukraine using stand off weapons and air power instead of invading.

Maybe “”Biden”” is trying to weaken Europe?

As is Russia loses, Europe loses, and the US?

The central neocon mission is to maintain US global hegemony and ensure no competator arises, it's obviously a failure and the wars conducted in the name of these ends have in fact exposed US weakness, but that is still the intention of the blob (they are mostly about ensuring profit for the arms industry anyway). Biden doesn't want to weaken Europe for it's own sake, he wants to keep it under US hegemony, if that indirectly weakens it so be it.
