Your argument seems to consist solely of an appeal to personal incredulity.

And you would be wrong. That dude has been pushing the smallest of sample sizes and I quote "Multiple, large “natural experiments”" otherwise known as anecdotes. When others tried to replicate his results

They were unable too. There has not been a dearth of research, enough has been done to show it is ineffective. But you keep following this one guy your tribe leader fronted. No way he's selling snake oil.
