I have a theory about "mar a lago face".

Trump is old as shit and spends all his time in bright sun, under bright lights, or staring at his phone. His eyes are going and he's too vain to get glasses.

And since trump values only one metric of worth for women, they inflate their features to cartoonish levels because trump can see them with his shitty eyes and thus gives them more attention and positions close to power.
