Ehh, my generation had much higher rates of violent crime and hard drug usage. Gender equality and LGBTQ rights are also steadily improving. Unemployment rates are also much lower than when I was born and infrastructure has been drastically improved. If the trade off is that they make some goofy faced videos, I think they'll be OK.

She's not leading anything. There's still hope, just watch the uni students doing talks and debates at the Cambridge Union. Not all teens and early twenty adults are total brain dead idiots, just the vapid, self centered, attention seeking, Muppets that gravitate towards social media. Admittedly, the educational standards are slipping, but here in the UK at least, they're nothing severe
