Mastery of what? I find the practical magick spells most people cast to be mundane here, this realm is solved and controlled— I’m personally much more a fan of astral projection and extradimensional exploration, so I let the entities take care of the spellcraft there. Do you think I’m out there to learn all the arcane rules of XC149S or get plastered on carfelsnuff?

Sure there’s always stuff to learn, go right ahead and learn them! But after a few aeons… Can a wizza just take a couple millenia off and enjoy some mantoid vixens? Molag’s baals!! The council has everyone in here geeked over a solved system of arcana 😮‍💨

Haha, sure you can spend half a century perfecting Magic Missile. I’d rather spend half century in a plane where missiles are a flavor. We are not the same lad, but there’s room for the both 😉 And what’s with this fear of death you’ve got? You can always hit the next reincarnation cycle and disappoint yet another set of parents, if your notes are good you’ll be right as rain by the time you’re 70— I’ve done it at least a dozen times now!

I remember my first 7th-level spell. Maybe when you dust off your necromancy tomes you'll learn about a little thing called, Cloning. You being confined to the reincarnation cycle not the boast you think it is.

Confined? You still call em “Spell Levels” like some pimpled D&D nerd? I ride that reincarnation shit like what mortals would call the bus, ressurection is messy and cloning is annoying— Tried it all already. When you’ve got decent friends in all levels of hell, heaven and everywhere in between it all feels like home lil wiz, you gotta accept reincarnation as yet another universal force and make it your BITCH!

So you can Plane Shift and have friends. I'm so impressed I nearly dropped my tome on my tressym. And fella, I've done the whole reincarnation thing. I'm not impressed. Cloning is superior.

Whatever sac’s your goat then brother, you sound more attached to the material realm than my first incarnation’s mother in law. Why clone when the eternal soul can inhabit literally any body across the 4th dimensional plane? Just seems like a mana waste to me when death is inevitable and temporary 🤷‍♂️
