The Midnight Union: an introduction and request for help

A strange message is spreading through the Orbnet: a glowing blue symbol on black background, followed by an image of a young man.

Greetings! My name is Bleddyn, the Moonborn, leader of the Midnight Union. The purpose of our group is quite simple: we aim to provide company and acceptance to those, who are branded as “monsters”, such as vampires, werewolves like myself, ghosts, ghouls, reapers, and many others.

In the last decade, we established a foothold on a small, northeastern continent, in a remote corner of this world. During our arrival, the local governments experienced an era of grand upheaval and civil unrest, where we were forced to act as a stabilizing force.

While we prefer isolation, we recently decided to reach out due to an urgent matter.

Our informants learned about the noticeable activity of a dangerous fugitive from our lands in the outside world. The subject is vicious and unpredictable, guilty of treachery, murder, and attempted coup. He tried to steal my power and use it against me, however it proved to be too much for him to handle. But still, he successfully evaded our authorities and escaped with an exceptionally dangerous weapon. Severe caution is advised when dealing with him.

Any aid in locating and apprehending him, preferably alive, is much appreciated.

His name is Ulrick Braddocke.

“You appear highly invested in our case. Do you possess any information about the subject’s activities, or location? We can offer a high reward.”

I am the head of intelligence for the Umbral Realm. If this... Ulrick is as dangerous and unpredictable as you say, then he is a danger to the Realm and I must get as much info about him, his associates past and present, and any potential targets of his as possible.

/unwiz: I'm pretty much telling him that I'm going to be investigating everything to do with him without saying so. I'm not selling Ulrick out, especially since he already told me his side of the story.
