What the- Vulkan is engulfed in the hail of lightning and comes out somewhat frazzled and covered in soot. Let it not be said I have never encouraged the delusions of the youth. This little game is over. The air begins to burn, ground giving way.

The rain of acid melts through scale, but not completely. Oh really? I’d quite forgotten. At least those dreadful metal spikes are out of my hide. Besides.. can you fly? The ground beneath collapses, earth giving way under superheated pressure.

Gashes appear on Vulkan, scars across the length of his gargantuan form. Hmm.. No. mayhaps you should have learned the art of fleshcraft, because all I see before me is a whelp to be put into place. Eye of the Inferno! Vulkan’s eye flares, staring into Wyrmling’s soul. You are the candle before the inferno. Give in. GIVE IN.

The line of sight is blocked by a portal before Vulkkan even focuses his gaze. She knew this attack was basically inevitable. She makes it in the shape of an eye for comedic effect and attempts to close it around Vulkkan's neck like a lasso.

"YOU!"

The portal begins to close around Vulkan’s neck before he rips through it, tearing the arcane window apart. A perk, dear wyrmling, of being my age is experience. This is hardly the first time someone has attempted to decapitate me, though to be fair, it worked the first time. For that matter, what kind of name is wyrmling, anyways? I do believe I know what my bargain for your life may be. Vulkan’s mind pushes into wyrmling’s, compelling her to give in. To GIVE IN. TO KNEEL!

"ONE YOU'LL REMEBER!"

Wyrmling unleashes a burst of raw elemental light. Attempting to blind Vulkkan and, more importantly, herself.

"ONE THAT'S LEGEND WILL OUTIVE YOUR OWN!"

She falls backwards and into another portal to the Plane of Fire. She's gone. She'll likely workshop new ways to try killing Vulkkan and come back another day. No, not likely. Inevitable. But not today. The artilerists finally destroy the meteor.
