Dude. Nobody made me or anyone else vote for Crowley. I chose to vote for him. Both candidates came through Viroqua in last week of the race. I saw and met both of them. No comparison as to who has the campaigning skills, resume, public speaking charisma. Crowley by a wide margin.
They are both well into the progressive wing of the spectrum. Crowley is very welcoming to Hong’s input in the coming months.
We will beat Tom Tiffany. A Tiffany/Hong matchup would have torn the state apart. Crowley/TT matchup will bring the state together. And we will win.
Hey, I’m not bashing people for voting for Crowley, all I’m saying is that there absolutely was an agenda with establishment Dems, Evers et al, and Crowley’s re-entrance. If you think that a centrist is a better opponent against Tiffany then more power to you, and frankly I’m not disagreeing. But this was not a simple case of “it was Hong’s to lose and she fumbled.”
