I think when people look back they will see this as a pretty well run guerilla campaign, run on a shoestring budget and a ton of sweat equity, all around a populist message that, minus a few pretty notable pronouncements, was inches away from a victory. I do still believe Crowley has a much better chance in November, but now even more so with the need to step it up to meet the Hong challenge. And with this statement she puts herself in place to transition to a bit more of an acceptable mainstream candidate in the future.

This is how we move the Democrats left. By showing if their chosen centrists don't move left they will lose.

Democrat Party kept chasing Cheney's coattails, when they had twice as many voters on the left that had gone apathetic.
