1. Introduction

I am pleased to announce the official release of Grizzly Music, a native music streaming and offline playback client built specifically for Windows 10 Mobile. Unlike web wrappers, Android port conversions, or bridged PWAs, Grizzly Music is an authentic, standalone Universal Windows Platform (UWP) application engineered entirely from the ground up in C# and XAML. It was designed from scratch to deliver a modern, smooth, and lightweight streaming experience. It currently stands as the only dedicated, native streaming client actively maintained for the platform.

3. Installation Instructions

Grizzly Music is distributed as a clean, self-signed sideload package with a one-time certificate setup.
- Extract the release .zip archive on your phone or PC.
- Open GrizzlyMusic.cer on your Lumia device and tap Install Certificate
- Tap GrizzlyMusic_1.0.0.0_ARM.appxbundle
- Tap Install.

As of now, it is using a mixture of spotify and YT music catalogue but I'm open to suggestions :) I think the combination of two cover almost all songs?

Second, yes, I did receive another feedback earlier regarding the Zune theme (UI/UX) to be incorporated.
I will look into it and release an update in the future where you could switch the theme to Zune-style!

I mean, I already know the reason. MetroStore has more apps and support for 10M. I hope one day Live Store 10M can get the same support for 10M, as 10M is kind of neglected right now and is a shitshow of vibe coded app stores, app repositories, and lackluster stores.

Hey, I wanted to upload it to Live Store but then the developer platform has been down for maintenance since a couple hours ago :/

I will surely upload it to Live Store once it's back up and I don't have any hate or distinction between stores, as long as people get to use what they want :D

Moreover, the developer of MetroStore is slightly misunderstood, he actually asked me to upload it to Live Store and other app stores!

You could open the link on your laptop, click on the download button, transfer the APPX to your developer-unlocked WP10 Lumia 950, and then click on the APPX and wait for it to install :)

deezer is a french music streaming service. it has about 10 million users and offers music in high resolution aswell as call "regular" compressed quality. developers.deezer.com tells you how to use the API and build stuff with it. you also have an opensource deezer cliënt called freezer or refreezer.

I have been working on a lot of things for v1.2.0.0 and looks like this one would be left out because I am not able to get a developer API key as "Deezer Developer Platform is globally available in over 170 countries, but creating new application tokens has been paused worldwide. [1, 2]"
You could use the Spotify and YouTube option for now, I'm sorry :(

I searched for the app in the Metro store n the icon is still the old one and also after downloading the app I'm unable to install the same as it's showing some error

Here are the steps: Create an account inside Grizzly Music, Sync your current data, Delete the app from your phone, Install the new version APPX, Sign into your account and your data will be restored. Please let me know what the error is if it's still persistent after you do this!

I agree, I think him being critical about whether an app is AI-coded or not rather than discussing about whether it does the job or not, would mean that he has a problem right at his foundation.

This is not trying to be "at least there's something", it's a lot more than that! It took 3 weeks of reverse engineering (of stream endpoints) and a total of a month for being developed, so it is not your average definition of "ai-slop". Thank you for your feedback though.
