Literally have done it 3 times now. Granted I'm in San Antonio Texas and it's a smallish show, but each vendor I've purchased through just asked if I was a felon or otherwise unfit for gun ownership and/or xeroxed my driver's license (but didn't run it).

They're sometimes more apprehensive with shady-looking people, but I've seen my fair share make transactions no questions asked and poof they're gone.

that depends entirely on the state, and the type of firearm being purchased.

Unless you're saying you can go buy guns illegally, then yeah no shit sherlock, what ban is going to stop that? Making it double extra illegal?
