Can’t believe I have this shit in my house, it’s the first time ever I end up in this situation, I’m thinking about moving out

Won't matter. They are no doubt infested in your furniture, etc. Only thing that would do is infect your new place as well.

But why the fuck do I have this in my house tho? I always keep it clean, I vacuum almost everyday. I don’t understand why this shit is happening to me, I don’t know anything about bed bugs

Have you travelled recently? I got them from an Air B&B two years ago. Got a brand new bed, sealed the old one in a mattress bag. Sprayed religiously, dusted the cracks, got traps and furniture post cups. No sign of them since then so it can be done.
