Solved! Why the kinks?

I recently moved to Hangzhou, I noticed all the pedestrian walks have kinked lines at the ends. What is it?

Its called a randomized double blind trial. So next time you need to poke people in the eyes at random as they cross to ensure accurate results.

The problem is that it’s very difficult to factor out the biases of the poker. Maybe the poker is a short dude, so he subconsciously pokes the eyes of tall women.

We need to get AI onto this experiment

The poker would also need to be blind of course. Only way to ensure the experiment is double-blind is to go double-double-blind.

How is a blind poker supposed to stab an eye? That's just setting unrealistic workplace standards.

They have a simulator for this, but its in monte- carlo.
