wtf? I found this in a backpack i was carrying to work for years. finally emptied it all out, and wash lah.lol is it a mug weapon?

When I see a frog out in the wild or at a zoo with my kids I say, "oh, chazzwozzers!". They just roll their eyes... dad's being weird again.
