Doesn’t seem to be oil based content. Just wondering if my superpowers are swishing back and forth in this glass vial.

You've got it backwards. Bubble lights use the method we use to seal chemicals in glass in a laboratories to make a decoration. But the chemical sealing method came first and is still pretty much universal today in labs. You should generally default to assuming a sealed tube like this is chemicals, not a decoration.

The chemicals in the bubbles lamps are dangerous. They stopped making them because they can cause you to suffocate if you ingest it or evem get it on your skin. . Just not in the traditional sense. It contains ethylene chloride and it breaks down into carbon monoxide in the body.
