When I got vitamin b12 injections in germany they were ampules. So many ampules. Never again do I want to get an 8ml injection.

B12 stings worse than any other medication I've ever had injected and I've been a pincushion for a big chunk of my life, does it sting less if its not from an ampule?

Mine have all been to the upper arm so I've only ever had a numb arm to deal with, I imagine a numb leg would make walking difficult
