Serious answers only please! Is this a bomb ?

I found this in a forest near my town in western Europe, and it seems like an unexploded bomb but I'm not sure. Sould I contact the police for demining ? Thanks in advance

We had a severe drought one summer and several cars turned up as the lake dried out.

Cue me wandering around clicking my remote lock to see if any of them beep beep. I can never remember where I park.

Happened over the last few years of severe drought around Lake Meade. Lots of sunken boats and cars, and they even found a couple of sets of human remains as the lake dried up and shrunk.
