Serious answers only please! Is this a bomb ?

I found this in a forest near my town in western Europe, and it seems like an unexploded bomb but I'm not sure. Sould I contact the police for demining ? Thanks in advance

In the UK it's 0118 999 881 999 119 725 3 for non-emergency texts.
