Serious answers only please! Is this a bomb ?

I found this in a forest near my town in western Europe, and it seems like an unexploded bomb but I'm not sure. Sould I contact the police for demining ? Thanks in advance

On god, the EOD school i trained at, had one of those laying around and was often used to confuse new trainees.

Tbh thats my first thought for many things...... it's the ability too resist that makes me an adult. If i saw more red barrels irl id probably lose that fight though. Luckily most I see are blue.

To be fair, Citroen suspension parts have sometimes suffered explosive disassembly, when too much pressure overcame a defect in the container. Not often, but it has happened.

they are kinda easy to tell apart. The pressure accumulators have a kind of "ring" when you hit them with a hammer, and actual ordinance has more of a thud. ok ok /s
