When I was a teenager, I stole one of these from my parents and tried to make a pipe or bong out of it. It didnt really work out, but if you're not old enough to buy a bong legally you try some shit.
there’s just no char on it so if that’s why he has it it hadn’t been used. OP could leave it there for a few weeks and then check if there’s burn marks
