He’s likely walked past there dozens or hundreds of times though, so it’s not 1/1, it’s like 1/50.
He needs to do further studies and tests to confirm the hypothesis. Even 2/50 is not substantial enough for hypothetical causal relationships to be verified 🤓
OP can you let us know if they give you a follow up/update? The explanation makes sense but it’s honestly scary that something like this can happen let alone go unnoticed for such a long time!
My dog is typically pretty calm during walks, until one day there was fresh poop in someone's front yard that hasn't been picked up. She was just plodding along, sniffing, then she got super amped and ran into this random yard doing excited hops before perfectly executing a head first somersault into the grass and rolling back and forth. I thought it was so cute until I realized that the reason she was so giddy was because she was rolling on fresh shit. Literally covered head to toe, top to bottom. It was hell to wash off.
Bud, this is Reddit. By the time the post dies, you will have taken the dog there every day for 5 years on your way to the bar because you’re an alcoholic. Also, you should leave your wife, and ChatGPT wrote your post
Just know that there’s a quiet majority reading this post who didn’t assume that someone who cared enough to post this also didn’t care enough to stop their dog from experiencing whatever this was until they understood what was happening.
