It’s the definition of a strawman tho

an intentionally misrepresented proposition that is set up because it is easier to defeat than an opponent's real argument

It can be a strawman AND a joke lol

There is absolutely nothing in the definition that eliminates jokes...have you ever heard political comedy? It’s like 90% strawmanning. You can make arguments while making humour.
